Ride Berzerker Snowboard Ride Berzerker Snowboard
Fresh powder and mesmerizing big-mountain lines are calling when you're strapped into Jake Blauvelt's signature Ride Berzerker Snowboard. Appropriately named, this deck is a balls-out charger, going berserk through fresh tree stashes, steep chutes, technical terrain, courtesy of its directional shape and responsive flex pattern. Using a lengthened nose rocker, the Berzerker effortlessly floats across untracked pow without burning up your back leg. From the front inserts on back, the board's camber delivers stability and response, especially when you're driving turns down steep alpine faces. Tuned for slaying steeps and sending cliff lines into fluffy powder, the Performance core employs a blend of durable aspen, snappy bamboo, and lightweight paulownia wood species. Adding carbon to the equation, Carbon Array 3 laminates enhance energy transfer for greater precision through turns and energetic snap when you're sending jumps and cliff lines. A combination of triax and biax glass keeps the board calm and composed at high speeds, but without making it an overly stiff brick when you're surfing turns in the white room. Ride upgraded the Berzerker with Roll In Slimewalls. Just like regular Slimewalls, urethane-embedded sidewalls deliver the benefits of reduced impact and vibration. However, the urethane is surrounded by fiberglass on each side for increased resistance to topsheet chipping and sidewall blowouts, especially in the event of a high-speed impact. Another key feature is the sintered 4000 base, which glides quickly across fresh powder. This way, you're not bogging down in low-angle stashes or struggling to get unstuck in super-deep powder.

Ride Burnout Snowboard Ride Burnout Snowboard
Eliciting the same rush as shifting a high-revving sports car at redline, the Ride Burnout Snowboard feels better the faster you ride it, sending the biggest kickers and charging steeps at blistering speeds. It's a highly responsive board designed for powerful freestyle riding, meaning it's a bit stiffer than your average park deck to offer greater versatility when you're riding full-throttle across the entire mountain. However, just because it's best for clearing pro-sized kickers, dropping cliffs, and carving at high speeds doesn't mean it's not capable of jibbing. The Burnout is a favorite of Ride's Team when stepping to bigger gaps and burlier rails in urban settings, as its aggressive flex lends stability on huge landings where a looser deck would loop out. The Burnout's twin shape lends a well-balanced feel for perfecting your switch repertoire in the jump line and stomping clean landings in the streets. Twin Hybrid Camber is predominately camber, with a hint of rocker at the nose and tail for smoother, catch-free landings. Camber provides powerful drive through turns and locked-in stability demanded by experienced freestyle riders. Ultimately, camber gives the board much of its hard-charging attitude, which simply isn't possible on looser decks with rocker-dominant profiles. Loaded with Carbon Array 5 laminates, the Burnout features five carbon stringers running from the insert packs to the contact points for high-speed control and plentiful snap for clearing the biggest kickers and gaps. Carbon Slimewalls offer the impact resistance of Ride's legendary urethane Slimewalls, but with carbon inserted into key areas for heightened energy transfer and response. And because you'll be thrashing this board, Cleave edges use 50% more steel for the burly strength demanded by aggressive freestyle riders.

Ride Manic Snowboard Ride Manic Snowboard
Stuffing an insane amount of tech into an affordable package, the Ride Manic Snowboard satisfies everyone from ambitious beginners to seasoned shred bums fueling dawn-to-dusk riding with peanut butter sandwiches and happy hour specials. Despite its affordability, the Manic Snowboard charges everything across the mountain with sure-footed poise and unflappable stability, courtesy of its versatile medium flex (it's a bit stiffer than what Ride claims), linear carbon additives, and go-anywhere directional shape. The Manic manages the seemingly conflicting task of balancing affordability with riding performance, courtesy of Ride's proven technologies packed into a versatile shape and hybrid flat-to-rocker profile. Looking at this design, the Manic is a directional board that's set-back enough to benefit from improved float and straight-line stability at high speeds. The Directional Rocker is flat along the board's effective edge, making it a stable, locked-in platform for carving, picking up speed, and stomping landings. To enhance playfulness, the tip and tail feature rockered zones, which loosen up the board from hooking up on turns, as well as allowing you to butter and manipulate the tips with less catch. The nose rocker is much longer and more pronounced than what you'll find in the tail, giving the Manic excellent buoyancy and float in deep, untracked powder. Ride keeps the Manic a refreshingly simple affair with its Foundation core, which features tip-to-tail aspen wood for a smooth, consistent flex with high levels of durability. Biax fiberglass allows for a bit more torsional flex, which is key for beginner-to-intermediate riders seeking a bit more forgiving feel while linking up turns and learning new tricks. Something rarely seen on boards in this price range, the linear carbon stringers enhance its snappiness for boosting off natural hits and jumps in the terrain park. Another stand-out feature, Ride's signature Slimewalls place urethane in the s...

Ride Timeless Snowboard Ride Timeless Snowboard
Reminiscent of the late '90s when the Timeless ruled the freeride world, the Ride Timeless Snowboard is reincarnated for 2018 with an aggressive flex pattern, the powerful edge control of camber, and a directional shape for that inspires confidence on steep terrain. The Timeless is one of those boards that has no qualms about its freeride-specific nature, meaning you won't find it ducking into the park or messing around on jibs. It's exclusively meant for the aggressive rider opening it up at ridiculous speeds, actually feeling more confident the faster you ride it. We'd chalk this up to its wide radius sidecut and super-stiff flex pattern, which really excel at wide-radius turns down groomers and pointing it down open bowls on powder days. One of the coolest features with the Timeless is the T6 aluminum topsheet, which not only draws glances of admiration in the lift line, but actually lessens high-speed vibration from slowing you down when you're bombing steeps like a madman. It's built on a Directional Hybrid Camber profile for the supreme edge hold of camber, paired with a large, rockered nose that floats above fresh powder on those deep days. Carbon Array 5 Laminates beef up the tip and tail contact points with five different carbon stringers arranged in an X-like pattern for incredible stability. Plus, it's packing Ride's Carbon Slimewalls, which are highly resistant to damage with their carbon-embedded urethane, meaning this board stands up to all the punishment you dish out.

Ride Warpig Snowboard Ride Warpig Snowboard
Head into combat with the Ride Warpig Snowboard serving as your commander-in-chief for spraying innocent skiers, whipping spins off cat-tracks, and dropping into the woods for fresh turns. Designed to obliterate anything lying in its path, this mean little piggy crams extra volume into a shorter, stubbier shape. This unique design allows you to significantly downsize for quick-turning agility without sacrificing stability or float. Its tapered directional shape excels at slashing fresh powder and laying trenches on groomers. Interestingly enough, it rides switch pretty damn well in the park, courtesy of its centered stance between the contact points (i. e. points that touch the snow). Making the board even more versatile, the Directional Rocker profile is predominately flat underfoot, with more rocker in the nose than tail. This hybrid profile offers the stability and carving capabilities of flat camber, but enhanced with playfulness at the tips. Since the nose rocker is elongated and it's much wider than standard boards, it floats like a dream in fresh powder. Ride loaded the Warpig with some of its best technologies, leaving enemy combatants scratching their heads as you blast by with an ear-to-ear grin. The Performance core features aspen, bamboo, and paulownia wood for a lightweight, lively feel, souped up with Carbon Array 3 laminates for energetic snap for launching over slow signs and fallen tourists (just kidding!). Roll In Slimewalls dampen flat landings while standing up to repeated thrashings on park features and natural terrain. As expected with a board of this rank, the sintered base lends itself to high-speed missions, especially if you keep it regularly waxed.

Ride Wild Life Snowboard Ride Wild Life Snowboard
It's all too common for snowboard companies to claim their boards are "quiver killers" or "one-board solutions" for riding everything on the mountain. However, few boards actually fulfill these lofty claims of all-terrain dominance, usually excelling in certain areas while falling flat in many disciplines of riding. We're not going to tell you the Ride Wild Life Snowboard is going to replace a quiver of park, powder, and freeride-specific decks, but we will tell you it's probably the next best thing, excelling everywhere from alpine zones with deep powder to thirty foot jumps in the park. Proving its ability to ride practically anything the mountain presents, the Wild Life is built on a versatile directional shape paired with Directional Hybrid Camber for locked-in carves and high-speed stability. The directional shape is set-back to promote stability at higher speeds and enhance buoyancy in the deep, untracked powder we all crave. However, this directional shape isn't so extreme as to throw you off balance when you're perfecting tricks across the mountain or dipping into the terrain park for fun. Directional Hybrid Camber is predominately camber along the board's effective edge, locking into carves and springing through turns with the energetic response you've come to associate with a traditional camber board. It's also extremely stable at higher speeds, preventing unwanted chatter or unnerving squirreliness. Because it's a directional board, the Wild Life benefits from a large, rockered nose that reduces catchiness through turns and enhances the board's float in the deep stuff. To maintain a high level of performance across the mountain, the Wild Life's Performance core is comprised of durable aspen, snappy bamboo, and lightweight paulownia wood. Carbon Array 3 Laminates solidify responsiveness and snap beneath the binding zones, courtesy of crossing carbon beams running from the inserts to the opposing contact points. And to ensure the undeniably smooth feel...
