1. ENTRY:
No purchase necessary. Each contest is open only to natural persons (i.e. not corporate or
business entities) who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of and in either the United States or Canada,
and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To enter online, complete an official
entry form located on the GearReview.com contest page. You will be asked to provide your email
address, city, state, and country of residence.
Beginning and ending dates are listed on the entry form for each specific contest. Contests begin at 12:00
midnight MST (or MDT when applicable) on the specified beginning date and end at 11:59 pm MST
(or MDT when applicable) on the specified ending date.
Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and
acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.

There is a limit of one (1) online entry per contest per person per day, unless otherwise noted on the contest entry form.
All entries submitted are final and become the property of GearReview.com. All entrants will be asked to provide an e-mail address for prize notification.
Winners will be required to provide name, address, and daytime telephone number.
All potential prize winners may be required,
within seven days of notification from GearReview.com, to execute and return an affidavit of
eligibility, a liability release and, unless prohibited by law, an additional publicity release.
All entry information submitted must be true and correct. Entrants agree that by entering the
contest(s), they warrant that they are eligible to participate and that the information provided
is true and correct.
Proof of transmission of an entry will not constitute proof of receipt of said entry. No
responsibility is assumed by GearReview.com or Sponsors for lost, late, misdirected, illegible,
or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries
will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time
of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email
address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g.,
business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries become the property of GearReview.com
and Sponsors and will not be returned to entrant. The potential winner may be requested to provide
GearReview.com with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email
address associated with the winning entry.
GearReview.com plans to offer additional contests in the future, but makes no guarantee as to
the frequency or regularity with which the contests will be offered, if at all. Any contest, if
offered, is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Official Contest Rules which may
be found at www.gearreview.com during the Entry Period for the applicable contests.
2. WINNER SELECTION:
Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about two days after ending date specified in contest.
Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of selection. If winner is unreachable after 7 days, or if winner
is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining
eligible entries received. Any attempted prize notification which is returned as undeliverable may result
in disqualification, in which case an selection of an alternate potential winner will be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. PRIZES.
No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except by GearReview.com and Sponsors.
GearReview.com and Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal
or greater value if advertised prize is not available.
4. ELIGIBILITY:
Each contest is open only to natural persons (i.e. not corporate or business entities) who, at
the time of entry, are legal residents of and in either the United States or Canada, and who are 18 years of age
or older at the time of entry. Upon entering this contest entrants agree to waive any rights their
state of residence may provide in regard to contests. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, directors, officers and principals, of GearReview.com and Sponsors, their subsidiaries,
affiliates, contractors, agents and their immediate families (e.g., parents, children, siblings,
spouse), including any other persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter or participate.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of
GearReview.com which are final on all matters pertaining to Contests. This Contest is governed by
the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes,
fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Return of any prize/prize
notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
ENTRANTS AGREE THAT GEARREVIEW.COM MAY USE, FOR ITS OWN BUSINESS PURPOSES, INCLUDING SALES AND
MARKETING, AND E-MAILING TO THE E-MAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED, ANY AND ALL ENTRY INFORMATION AND INFORMATION
REQUIRED OF WINNERS; HOWEVER, GEARREVIEW.COM WILL NOT INTENTIONALLY OR WILLFULLY PROVIDE ANY SUCH ENTRY
INFORMATION OR INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM WINNERS TO ANY THIRD PARTY, EXCEPT AS MAY BE, IN ITS REASONABLE
JUDGMENT, REQUIRED BY LAW. GEARREVIEW.COM AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR
LIABLE FOR INADVERTENT DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY AN ENTRANT. WINNERS, WHO ACCEPT ANY PRIZE
GRANT PERMISSION TO GEARREVIEW.COM TO EDIT, PUBLISH AND OTHERWISE USE THEIR NAMES AND STATE LOCATION
FOR PROMOTIONAL AND PUBLICITY PURPOSES WITHOUT FURTHER COMPENSATION OR CONSIDERATION. GEARREVIEW.COM
MAY ALSO ARRANGE TO PUBLICIZE ANY OR ALL PRIZE WINNERS. EACH PRIZE WINNER HEREBY CONSENTS AND GRANTS
PERMISSION TO GEARREVIEW.COM TO PERMIT ANY NEWS OR OTHER INFORMATION GATHERING AGENCY OR INSTITUTION
TO DOCUMENT, MAKE A RECORD OF AND USE HIS OR HER NAME IN THE ORDINARY COURSE OF ITS NEWS AND
INFORMATION GATHERING AND DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES.
Each winner, and not GearReview.com, is solely responsible for all other arrangements, costs
and expenses associated with and receiving their prize, including without limitation, any taxes
or other fees imposed by a government authority. GearReview.com's decisions as to the administration
of the Contest, eligibility of entrants and selection of potential winners and actual winners will
be final and binding in all respects.
6. CONDUCT:
By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will
be posted at the Contest Site throughout the Contest. Entrants further agree to be bound by the
decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. GearReview.com reserves
the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry
process or the operation of the contest or web-site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules;
or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten
or harass any other person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE
OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GEARREVIEW.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH
CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
GearReview.com and Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information,
whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized
in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in
the Contest.
GearReview.com is not responsible for and may disqualify entries that are lost, late, incomplete,
invalid, illegible, misdirected, failed transmissions, partial or garbled transmissions, whether the
result of human, mechanical, electronic error or whether in the transmission, submission or processing
of the entries or otherwise. GearReview.com and Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line
failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. GearReview.com
and Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network
or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of
email or entrants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any
Web-site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's
computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest. If,
for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes
beyond the control of GearReview.com and Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, GearReview.com and Sponsors
reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
GearReview.com reserves the right to disqualify any entry of an entrant, who is found tampering
with the entry process or with the conduct or operation of any Contest or in violation of these
Official Contest Rules.
Each Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Each Contest shall be interpreted
and governed by the substantive laws of the State of Utah and any applicable laws and regulations
of the United States, without reference to any conflicts of laws principles. Any and all applicable
taxes and other government fees, levies or surcharges are, to the maximum extent allowed by law, the
sole and exclusive responsibility of the prize winners. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree that
any and all disputes, claims or actions associated with any and/or all of the Contests, shall be
resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration
administered by the American Arbitration Association under the commercial rules of the American
Arbitration Association. The arbitration proceeding, if any, shall be held before an arbitral
tribunal in Salt Lake City, Utah. The foregoing arbitration clause is intended to preempt, to
the maximum extent possible, recourse to litigation in the federal and state courts. Notwithstanding
the foregoing, if for any reason any party seeks relief in connection with any contest, such party
agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court in the Salt Lake City, Utah
or to the Circuit Court of Salt Lake County, Utah and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, agree
that either of these courts will be the venue of choice for resolution of such claim. By entering,
entrants, to the maximum extent permitted by law, release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for
any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with any Contest or any
prize won. Entrants further agree that no claims, judgements or awards shall exceed the amount
of the contest prize and under no circumstances shall include attorneys fees; nor shall any entrant
be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, consequential or other similar damages or
have any damage awards multiplied or increased for any reason.
By accepting any prize, the entrant agrees to release GearReview.com from any and all liability
and hold it, its principals, directors, officers, employees and agents, harmless from and against
any and all claims, demands or actions arising out of entrant's acceptance, receipt or use of any prize.
8. LIST OF WINNERS:
A list of winners will be available through a hypertext link, winners.asp,
when actual winners have been determined and will remain posted as an archive while the contests continue.
